– Aide à la réadaptation : processus consistant à réintégrer de manière volontaire dans la société un auteur d’infraction, après sa sortie définitive de prison, d’une manière à la fois positive, planifiée et encadrée. Dans les présentes règles, ce terme est distinct du terme « réinsertion », qui fait référence à une intervention prévue par la loi et mise en place après la sortie. Eurojust. Le 16 février, le Collège d’Eurojust, l’organisation européenne de coopération judiciaire, a élu le Britannique Aled Williams, 62 ans, comme nouveau président. Son élection doit maintenant être approuvée par le Conseil des ministres européens de la justice. Il succède au Portugais José Luis Lopes da Mota, qui avait démissionné le 16 décembre, après avoir été accusé de pressions sur des magistrats de son pays dans une affaire de corruption.
